TrailSpark Documentation

TrailSpark helps B2B teams connect product usage, marketing engagement, and CRM data into explainable lead and account intelligence. These docs cover everything from initial setup to mapping signals, configuring ICP scoring with SparkSense, and routing qualified leads back to your GTM tools.

Start here

Follow these steps in order to take TrailSpark from a fresh account to scored, explainable leads flowing into your CRM.

  1. Create your TrailSpark account

Sign up, set up your organization, and invite your first teammates.

  2. Connect your CRM

Link Salesforce or HubSpot so TrailSpark can read accounts, contacts, and opportunities.

  3. Build your ICP with the wizard or SparkSense

Define what a high-fit account looks like — manually, by upload, or automatically with SparkSense.

  4. Map your behavioral signals

Decide which product, marketing, and sales events count as buying intent.

  5. Send your first signal

Configure a webhook (or use Segment/Marketo) and stream live events into TrailSpark.

  6. Review scored leads in your GTM tools

Route qualified accounts and explanations back into Salesforce, HubSpot, or your destination of choice.
