Your Trailspark Accounts board on monday

Overview

Once sending is on, Trailspark keeps a board called Trailspark Accounts up to date in your monday workspace: one row (a monday "item") per account, grouped into sections by ICP.

The columns

ColumnWhat it shows
NameThe account's name. The only account detail Trailspark duplicates onto this board. Everything else below is scoring information you won't find on your own Accounts board.
PropensityHigh, Medium, Low, or Not scored.
Score statusCurrent, Retired, or Merged.
At riskAt risk, or blank when there is nothing to flag.
Buying groupDormant, Forming, or Complete: how filled in the people at this account are.
Missing rolesThe buying-group roles this account still needs someone in, as plain names.
Account fitStrong, Partial, Weak, or Unknown.
Outside activityHot, Warm, Cold, or None: activity Trailspark sees for this account outside your own product or CRM.
As ofWhen this row was last checked, whether or not anything changed.
Last changedWhen something worth noticing last changed on this row: a level move, a buying-group move, a new missing role, or a merge.
What changedWhich of the above changed the last time this row was written. Replaced each time, not added to.
WhyA plain-language explanation behind the account's Propensity.
Next stepRe-engage, Find missing roles, Reach out, or Monitor.
Merged intoFilled in only if this account was merged into another one: a link to the survivor's row (or, if it doesn't have one yet, to its page in Trailspark).
CRM accountLinks to the matching item on your own Accounts board. Empty when Trailspark has not found a match yet.

Grouping. Accounts aren't grouped by a column. They are grouped by monday's own groups, one per ICP. An account scored against your "Enterprise expansion" ICP sits in a group named for it, next to every other account scored against that ICP.

Treat these columns as read-only

Trailspark owns every column above and rewrites them on its own schedule. Typing into one won't change an account's score, and whatever you typed will be overwritten the next time that row updates.

Your own columns are yours. Add anything you like next to Trailspark's columns: a status, a note, a mirror, a person to assign, a due date. Trailspark never writes, renames, or removes a column it didn't create, and that holds even if Trailspark ever has to repair one of its own columns.

An account Trailspark can't find in monday still gets a row

If Trailspark can't find a matching item on your Accounts board, most often because the account has no company website on file yet, or your board doesn't have an item for it, the row still appears, with a score, a reasoning, and everything else filled in. Only the CRM account column is left empty.

Trailspark keeps checking for a match once a day, and connection health on the Connection tab tells you how many accounts are currently unmatched, so this is never silent. If you would rather Trailspark add the company to your Accounts board itself, turn on Add missing companies and people to monday CRM on the Destination tab (off by default).

Where your board and Trailspark's meet

Your own deals stay linked to your own account record on your Accounts board, exactly as they always have. Trailspark never touches that relationship. The CRM account column on the Trailspark Accounts board points at that same item. That link is the one place the two boards meet: from a Trailspark row, one click gets you to your own account record and everything attached to it, and if you turn on Show a link back from your own board (see Connecting monday CRM), one click from your own record gets you back to the score.
