When the board fills up

Overview

monday limits how many rows a board can hold. That is monday's own limit, not something Trailspark adds on top, and connection health on the Connection tab tells you where the Trailspark Accounts board stands against it.

Nearly full and Full

  • Nearly full means the board is close to monday's limit. The sentence says what share is used: "The list is 84% of the size monday CRM allows. New accounts will stop being added when it is full." Nothing stops. It is a heads-up so you have time to plan, not a block.
  • Full means the board has reached monday's limit. New accounts stop being added, but every row you already have keeps being updated as usual. Full only stops new rows, never updates to existing ones.

What counts toward the limit

The count Trailspark reports is the rows actually on the board, the same number monday itself shows you. An archived row is not counted. If you archive rows to tidy up (for example, archiving a row once its account has been merged into another), that row stops counting toward Nearly full or Full.

What this does not tell you is whether archiving frees room against monday's own limit. That is monday's own behavior, and Trailspark can't measure or promise it. Treat archiving as tidying up your board, not as a way to make room for more rows.

Trailspark never deletes a row

Trailspark never deletes a row on the Trailspark Accounts board, however full it gets. If you want a row gone, you remove it yourself, by archiving it or deleting it in monday.

Info

A row you remove stays removed. Whether you archived it or deleted it, Trailspark can't tell the two apart from its side, so it treats them the same way: it stops updating that row and leaves it exactly where you left it.

Trailspark checks the board once a day, so it notices a row you removed within a day, and reports how many rows are in that state.

Restore all

Restore all puts back every row you removed, so Trailspark starts updating them again on the next update. The one exception: an account that was merged into another account never comes back through Restore all. That row is finished for good, restored or not.
