# Plans and Pricing

## Plan Tiers

TrailSpark offers a free tier and paid tiers with increased usage limits. Paid plans are available with monthly or annual billing (annual saves 20%).

## Plan Limits

Each plan defines limits for the following usage dimensions:

| Limit | What Counts |
|-------|-------------|
| **Evaluations** | Each time a lead is scored by the AI |
| **Model Refinements** | Each time you refine your scoring model |
| **Signals** | Each inbound webhook signal received |
| **Active Leads** | Unique active leads (leads with signals in the billing period) |
| **ICP Models** | Completed ICP models |
| **Signal Retention** | How long signal history is kept (in days) |

Specific limits vary by plan and are displayed on the billing page in **Settings > Billing** under the Available Plans section. A limit of 0 means unlimited for that dimension.

## Viewing Your Current Plan

Go to **Settings > Billing** to see:

- Plan name and status (Active/Inactive)
- Price and billing interval
- Billing period end date
- Payment method on file
- Any scheduled plan changes

## Billing Intervals

- **Monthly** -- Charged monthly on your subscription date. Limits reset monthly.
- **Annual** -- Charged annually. Limits still reset monthly within the annual term.

Toggle between Monthly and Yearly views on the billing page to compare pricing.

## Usage Limits and Overages

When you reach a plan limit:

- **Overages disabled** (default): The corresponding feature is blocked until the limit resets at the next billing period, or you upgrade. For example, if you reach the evaluation limit, new evaluations will not run.
- **Overages enabled**: Usage continues beyond the limit and you are billed for the excess on your next invoice.
